Project inquiries

When you submit the form, GOPROMP receives your name, company or organization (optional), email address, area of interest, project description and consent record. This information is used to read and handle your inquiry and discuss possible collaboration. It is not sold, used for targeted advertising or used to subscribe you automatically to marketing content.

Storage & access

This site is served through Cloudflare Pages. Inquiry information is stored in Cloudflare D1 and can be read only by the site operator through their account permissions. The site does not provide a public page for querying inquiry records. As the infrastructure provider, Cloudflare processes network information required to operate the service under its terms of service.

Retention & cleanup

Inquiry records are used for follow-up contact. Records older than 90 days are removed when a subsequent valid submission is made or the operator reads the records. Cleanup is not scheduled daily, so records may remain until the next cleanup is triggered. Data arrangements for a formal collaboration are governed by a separate agreement between the parties.

Preventing abuse

To limit repeated submissions, the server temporarily derives a hashed identifier from a network address using a daily random salt. The form database does not store raw IP addresses; old rate-limit records are removed during subsequent submissions. When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled for the contact form, the browser loads its security-verification component and sends the verification token to the server for checking. Cloudflare processes the network and device information needed for verification under its privacy terms. Verification tokens are not stored in the inquiry database. This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and includes no visitor-behavior tracking scripts.

Managing your information

To correct or delete inquiry information, select the other-area option in the project inquiry form and include your request and the original submission email address or record number. We will verify your identity through that email before processing the request. Do not resubmit unnecessary sensitive information.

Do not submit sensitive information

The inquiry form is for initial business discussions. Do not submit medical records, patient identities, health data, passwords or trade secrets. If a project involves sensitive data, an appropriate data-handling arrangement will be agreed separately after requirements are defined.
